Rogan McGillis - Chief Executive Officer and Head of Systematic Investing

Mr. McGillis is the companies founder, Chief Executive Officer, and leads the development of the firms quantitative and systematic investment strategies. 

Prior to forming Blackworks Capital, Mr. McGillis was the founder and the  Chief Financial Officer of ARB Midstream (ARB), a private equity backed company that provided a complete suite of midstream and marketing services for the U.S. oil and gas industry. In his capacity as CFO for ARB, Mr. McGillis completed over $300 million in capital investments and acquisition projects in addition to overseeing the companies commodity risk management program and FP&A efforts.  In total, Mr. McGillis has completed over $1 Billion in total acquisitions and corporate financing transactions. 

Mr. McGillis earned a degree in Business Management from the University of Montana.
